Heron (“we” and “us”) is the operator of (Heronwaterpurifier.com) (“Website”). “You” or “your'' means customer. By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service. 

1-Year Warranty (Spare Parts & Services)

Heron Water Purifier offers purifiers and spare parts to supply clean water across Bangladesh. We give a one-year warranty on all Heron Brand water purifier, and filter accessories We have a number of dealer points across the country. They also provide prompt services if you need. N.B. [The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, Negligence, Unauthorized modifications, or any external factors beyond Heron's control.]



RETURNS & REFUNDS

Heron will happily accept returns due to change the customer’s mind as long as the request to return is received within 7 days after item delivery, and is returned to us intact in original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.


Before returning, you have to inform us about your return. We may need to ask you to send us some pictures of the product to be sure about the intactness of the product.


And if the product is huge like a powerful industrial water purifier, then our people may need to visit your places to investigate the intactness of the product.


Return shipping will be paid by the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping methods. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to customers within 7 days. We will notify you once it has been completed through email. We (Heron) will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.


STOCK AVAILABILITY

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy for which we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In such instances, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item. Or if you would prefer a refund then we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.


CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind BEFORE dispatch, we are able to accept cancellations at any time. But, if any order has been already dispatched, please follow our refund policy.


PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, or if the parcel has been delivered without you being present, kindly contact our customer service immediately. Call: +88 01795 888 111


Process for in-transit damaged parcels

We will process a replacement as soon as we have completed the investigation into the claim.


Process for In-Transit Lost Parcels

We will process a replacement as soon as we have conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel indeed lost.


The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the Site. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
